Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and meet sales goals Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products Use organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities Use math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions accurately Utilize automotive service knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers Process orders accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Skills: Strong organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions, sales, and inventory Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs Proficiency in basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and commissions Knowledge of automotive service industry and products is a plus Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order fulfillment Ability to market products effectively and persuade customers to make purchases Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms for both the company and the customer Phone etiquette to handle incoming calls from customers professionally Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
