In this exciting role, you will support our talented stylists while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Responsibilities: Assist stylists with daily salon operations and client needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment. Prepare clients for services by offering refreshments and ensuring comfort. Manage appointment bookings and handle client inquiries. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience. Support marketing efforts by promoting salon services and products. Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skill development. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology license is a plus. Previous experience in a salon or customer service role preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Basic knowledge of salon products and services is advantageous. Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
