WHAT YOU'LL EARN Base pay (To Start): $46,000+ annually Tips: $17,600+ annually (based on team average) Quarterly performance bonus: up to $7,000 annually Total earning potential: $60,000-$70,000+ per year Your bonus is tied to real results: location revenue, client experience, team performance, and the Four Factors framework we use to run our business. You set the tone, hold the team accountable, and ensure every client has a consistent, exceptional experience. You report directly to the District Manager and are supported by a full operational system, you are not left to figure it out alone. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage a team of stylists and salon assistants Drive location revenue, rebooking rates, and retail performance Hold daily and weekly team accountability using our performance framework Oversee client experience from greeting to checkout Participate in weekly operations calls with the District Manager Complete monthly performance check-ins with each team member Manage scheduling, product inventory, and daily salon operations Help recruit and onboard new stylists as the te
