Join Our Team as a Receptionist or as we call it a Guest Service Expert! At Beautique, our support team plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Guest Service Expert, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Greeting clients with a warm, friendly welcome and providing excellent customer service Managing sales transactions using our POS system Recommending products to clients based on their needs and preferences Booking appointments and keeping the schedule organized Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Assisting with inventory management and restocking retail items Collaborating with the team to meet daily goals and maintain a positive work environment Supporting Service Providers to ensure smooth operations Opening and closing duties as required The ideal candidate will be: A team player who enjoys working with others Customer-focused , always aiming to provide the best possible experience Knowledgeable or eager to learn about the beauty and wellness industry Comfortable with technology , including POS systems, tablets, and scheduling software Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask efficiently Able to work weekends (Saturdays Only) and have a flexible schedule Ready to go above and beyond to ensure every client has a positive experience We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow and make an impact.
