Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sandblaster to join our team! The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare parts for finishing. This role includes performing basic machine maintenance, routine cleaning, and following safety procedures to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Sandblaster inspects parts for quality, maintains a clean work area, and supports production goals while adhering to all safety standards. Daily operation of Sandblasting equipment. Basic set-up and shutdown of sandblast facility. Ability to work in a fast-paced production work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests. Ability to speak English fluently. Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy. The Sandblast position is full-time on location at our main facility located in Chandler, Arizona.
