Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide excellent customer service Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in sales and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Restock supplies, ingredients, and condiments regularly to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with bussing tables and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness to promote a welcoming environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or food service within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is highly desirable for success in this role Embark on an energetic journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
