What You'll Do Prepare fresh ingredients and craft sandwiches to order with speed, precision, and pride Deliver friendly, energetic customer service that keeps guests coming back Operate POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for order processing, cash handling, and sales Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and drive store performance Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation and dining area in line with food safety standards Support kitchen operations including food handling, prep, and table maintenance during peak hours Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures at all times What We're Looking For Prior experience in quick service, food prep, or retail food service is a plus — but we'll train the right person Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros) is a bonus Friendly, upbeat attitude with strong customer service instincts Solid cash handling skills and basic math ability Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices Strong time management skills — you thrive when it's busy, not just when it's slow Why Work With Us — The Perks We're not just another fast food job.
