No ceiling on where you can go. We hand-craft sandwiches, cook real pasta dishes from scratch, and treat every guest like they're eating at our family's table. Hablamos español. We need one person who can do it all — and wants to. The Role Think of the best crew member you've ever seen at In-N-Out or Chipotle. Now put that person in a kitchen that actually teaches them how to cook real Italian food. That's this job. You'll build sandwiches on the line, fire pastas and sides, hop on the register when it gets busy, and keep the whole operation clean and moving. Front of house, back of house — wherever the team needs you, that's where you go. Day to day, you will: Craft Italian sandwiches, paninis, and specialty items to our standards Cook pastas, sauces, fries, onion rings, and house-made desserts Take orders at the counter — walk guests through the menu, answer questions, ring them up on the POS Pack to-go orders accurately and with care Communicate with the kitchen clearly and calmly during rushes Bus and reset tables, restock stations, keep your area spotless Do whatever it takes — if it needs doing, you do it without being asked Why This Job Is Different Most food jobs are a dead end. We hire bilingual team members and your pay will reflect what you bring You have 1+ year in a restaurant, deli, fast-casual, taquería, panadería, café, or any food service setting You've worked a POS system before You have a food handler's card or ServSafe cert (or you'll get one — we'll help) Not required: A culinary degree. Compensation & Benefits $17.00 – $23.00/hour + tips — pay reflects your skill and what you bring Fast-track promotion path — leadership is earned here, not waited for Paid hands-on training (we'll train you in English or Spanish) Flexible scheduling — we work with your life Employee meal discount every shift Referral bonuses Tuition reimbursement Shifts We're Hiring For (in order of priority) 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Weekdays (highest need) 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM — Weekends 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Saturday & Sunday evenings Hours per week: 5–39, depending on your availability and fit.
