Manager is not looking for housekeepers, she wants someone who prefers to clean warehouses and is used to working in a cold environment Position: Production Cleaning Associate Duration: 5-6 Months Contract + High Potential to Extend Location: 2300 NW 19th St., Pompano Beach, FL Scheduled Job Description: Sunday: 6:30 PM – 2:00 AM Monday – Friday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Saturday Off 6-day work week Job Description: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to support cleaning and sanitation operations within a food production facility. This role focuses on cleaning production equipment, workstations, tools, and processing areas in a cold environment (30°F to 40°F). Candidates with prior warehouse cleaning, production sanitation, or cold storage experience are strongly preferred. This is not janitorial or housekeeping work. The manager is specifically seeking candidates who have experience cleaning warehouses, production rooms, or manufacturing environments and are comfortable working in refrigerated conditions. Work Environment: Cold environment between 30°F to 40°F Must dress appropriately for refrigerated conditions Steel-toe boots required Equipment Used: Mop and broom Sponges Cleaning and sanitation tools Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize production rooms in accordance with company standards Clean production tables, dicer machines, metal detectors, shelves, hand tools, and knives Perform sanitation of company facilities and food production equipment Support dishwashing and cleaning of reusable tools/equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored after use Assist with upkeep and organization of production areas Maintain grounds and assist with general repair/maintenance duties when needed Work efficiently in cold storage / refrigerated environments Perform additional cleaning and operational duties as assigned Qualifications: 0–3 years of related experience Warehouse cleaning, food production cleaning, or sanitation experience preferred Comfortable working in cold temperatures (30°F to 40°F) Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
