Duties Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, equipment, and workstations using industrial cleaning tools and supplies Conduct sanitation procedures in food processing environments to meet strict health and safety standards Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces across various facility zones Assist with heavy lifting and moving of supplies or equipment to support warehouse or manufacturing operations Maintain detailed cleaning logs and sanitation records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support general janitorial duties including restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and floor maintenance Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free environment Must be able to work in cold or warm environments Must be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds Employee stands for long periods of time Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience in industrial or commercial settings preferred Experience with industrial cleaning, food production sanitation, or manufacturing environments highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for food processing or warehouse facilities is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of sanitation regulations relevant to food processing or industrial environments Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact workplace safety and hygiene!
