SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Business Analyst Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid) Contract / Contract-to-Hire Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Business Analyst to support enterprise SAP modernization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA transformation, integrations, workflow automation, analytics, and cloud-based application enhancements. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping define, document, and drive SAP BTP solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities with experience supporting SAP ecosystems, cloud integrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and SAP technical teams to gather and define business requirements Leading workshops, process-mapping sessions, and requirements discovery meetings Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria Supporting SAP BTP initiatives involving integrations, automation, analytics, and application extensions Assisting with integration scenarios across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems Supporting Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, testing coordination, UAT, and defect resolution Helping drive process improvement, governance, compliance, and change management initiatives Supporting post-production stabilization and continuous improvement efforts Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within SAP or enterprise application environments Experience supporting SAP implementations, integrations, or enhancement projects Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience writing user stories, business requirements, use cases, and process flows Understanding of business process modeling and process optimization methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery environments Desired Skills & Experience Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or SAP HANA Cloud Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance, MM, SD, HCM, or Asset Management Understanding of APIs, cloud integrations, and event-driven architectures Experience with SAP CALM or SAP Activate methodologies SAP certifications are a plus Experience supporting large enterprise, education, or public sector environments preferred Technology & Functional Areas SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP S/4HANA SAP Integration Suite SAP Build / Process Automation SAP Analytics Cloud SAP HANA Cloud APIs & Cloud Integrations Agile / Scrum Daily Responsibilities 40% Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement 25% Business process analysis and documentation 20% Collaboration with SAP technical and integration teams 10% Testing, UAT, and deployment support 5% Governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
