SAP EWM AMS Support

We’re looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on AMS support expertise and exposure to SAP TM. This role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations. This position requires 3 days onsite per week in New Jersey and be a Key Responsibilities: Provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP EWM, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request handling Monitor and support daily warehouse operations within SAP EWM Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution Deliver enhancements, manage change requests, and drive continuous improvements Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions Support and maintain integration between SAP EWM and SAP TM Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions and best practices Participate in testing cycles, deployments, and post-release support Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (configuration and support) Proven track record in AMS/support environments Working knowledge of SAP TM processes and EWM integration (basic to intermediate level) Solid understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal movements) Experience with incident management tools and SLA-driven environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM Exposure to integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
