SAP Functional Consultant (HCM /OM) Atlanta, GA Contract Remote (U.S. – EST Time Zone Preferred) / Hybrid Job Description: The SAP Functional Consultant will participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications. This role is responsible for conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business objectives. Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience Strong experience in SAP implementations and support Ability to analyze business processes and recommend effective SAP solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Design, configure, and test various SAP modules Manage SAP implementations and support activities Analyze current business processes and client scenarios to recommend and develop effective solutions Execute complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures Maintain thorough knowledge of organizational standards and best practices Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients Develop and evaluate implementation plans and provide leadership and direction to project teams Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and SAP methodologies Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and issue resolution Investigate, analyze, and resolve software-related issues Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to SAP solutions Develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs Will wait for your response.
