Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Global Product Marketing Location: Alpharetta, GA Expected start date to end date: May 2026 – December 2026 What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Cross‑Solution Event Coordination Intern to join the SAP Concur Global Product Marketing team, supporting our Cross‑Solution Go-to-Market Strategy under the guidance of VP, Global Product Marketing. This role will support the planning, execution, and post‑event analysis of SAP Concur’s participation in broader SAP‑led and third‑party events, helping ensure strong, consistent representation across the SAP ecosystem. This role plays an important part in driving product awareness, adoption, and go‑to‑market success by shaping how SAP Concur shows up as part of the Finance Suite. The intern’s work will contribute to pipeline influence, customer engagement, and long‑term growth, with the potential to impact customer satisfaction, driving net new growth and revenue outcomes. The intern will work closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Enablement and external partners to support the seamless execution of events such as product launches, customer forums, partner summits, and internal enablement sessions across regions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in global event operations and cross‑functional coordination, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates interested in marketing, communications, or program management within a global organization. You’ll Contribute To Support the end-to-end coordination of global and regional SAP and third party marketing events Assist with event planning timelines, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination Help manage logistics such as agendas, speakers, registrations, calendars, and event communications Coordinate with GTM Product Marketing to ensure messaging, branding, and content alignment Support vendor and partner coordination (e.g., event platforms, agencies, venues) Assist with event materials (run-of-show documents, speaker briefs, attendee communications, executive event read-out) Track attendance, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback for SAP Concur specific sessions, tracks, and demo pod leads Support internal and partner enablement events and coordination of resources and content development What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or a related field Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and registration tools (e.g., RainFocus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) Approaches challenges with innovative and solution-oriented thinking Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders and executives Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and timelines across multiple stakeholders Experience organizing projects, events, or programs (academic, volunteer, or prior internships) Previous exposure to global or cross-regional teams Prior internship or project experience in supporting events or marketing programs Interest in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or enablement Comfortable using Microsoft Copilot and applying effective prompting techniques to achieve optimal results Where you belong Be part of SAP Next Gen, a global community for students, universities, schools and educational partners, who are passionate about innovation and technology.
