Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Claims Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep functional knowledge across Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PM) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Warranty Claims Management , including end-to-end claims processing, entitlement checks, and settlement processes. ๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP Warranty Claims Management Manage the complete warranty claim lifecycle : Claim creation Validation & entitlement checks Approval workflows Settlement & reimbursement Work on both customer and vendor warranty claims Integrate warranty processes with: SAP CS (Customer Service) SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Handle: Service notifications & service orders Equipment & Functional Locations (FL) Service contracts & warranty master data Support pricing, billing, and FI integration Participate in UAT, go-live, and production support โ
Required Skills Strong experience in SAP Warranty Claims Management Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Good exposure to CS / SD / PM modules Experience in: Warranty claims processing Entitlement & reimbursement Service processes (orders, notifications, contracts) Integration knowledge with FI/CO โญ Preferred Qualifications Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams
