About the role Responsible for engaging new and re-energizing existing Managing General Agent (MGA) relationships via sales and marketing tactics. Delivers significant sales & revenue growth within 24 months. Also responsible for targeting and developing National Brokerage partnerships to deliver incremental sales, revenue, and profit growth. Key Accountabilities Develop specific plans to execute on the MGA strategies that drive significant new revenue growth. Develop specific plans to execute on the National Account strategies that drive significant new revenue growth. Develop and analyze strategic drivers for profitability on existing accounts. Drive strategic methods to expand the number of relationships currently working with Trustmark. Develop targeted methods to build strategic relationships with key decision makers within MGA and National Brokerage firms. Strategically implement additional ways for Trustmark sales reps to gain exposu
