Job Summary DSI is growing—again! We are hiring a Scale House Operator / Weighmaster in Albertville, AL . In this role you would beresponsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound trucks, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring all site procedures are followed. This position plays a critical role in site operations by ensuring accurate documentation, controlling access, and supporting a safe and efficient flow of traffic. Essential Job Responsibilities Operate truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound vehicles Accurately record weights, product information, and driver details Verify load tickets, bills of lading, and other required documentation Monitor and control site access in accordance with client procedures Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and management Observe and report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity Maintain accurate logs and complete reports in a timely manner Follow all DSI and client-specific policies, procedures, and post orders Maintain a professional demeanor at all times Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills (data entry, email, reporting systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods Ability to work outdoors or in varying weather conditions as required by site Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Additional Information / Benefits Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance Required Screenings Criminal Background Check Motor Vehicle Drug Screen The following shifts are available: First Shift Second Shift Third shift Weekend shift $15.00 per hour #HUNTS DSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
