Scale Solution Sales – Domain Architect Location: Reston, VA (100% Onsite from Day 1) Duration: 6 Months Contract About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Solution & Functional Architect (SAFA) with 12–14 years of IT experience and deep expertise in Sales & Marketing domain architecture . This role is critical in shaping scalable, secure, and businessaligned solutions for enterprise BSS systems in the telecommunications/MSO space. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve domain architecture for Sales & Marketing platforms. Define architectural principles, standards, and reference patterns across applications, services, and integrations. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align domain decisions with broader strategy. Apply deep functional/system understanding to design efficient, businessaligned solutions. Partner with engineering teams to design cloudnative, distributed systems with resiliency, performance, and security. Promote APIfirst and eventdriven architectures for scalability and faster delivery. Translate product strategies into technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging platforms. Mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive architectural clarity across projects. MustHave Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems. 12+ years of IT experience across architecture, design, development, testing, and support. 4+ years of MSO/Telecom experience with enterprise BSS systems. Strong expertise in cloudnative architecture, microservices, APIs, and eventdriven systems . Proven experience designing and evolving largescale distributed systems. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and nontechnical audiences. Preferred Experience: Sales, Marketing, CRM, or customerfacing platforms.
