Job Title: Scanner Operator Location: 2225 Eagle Dr, Middleton, WI 53562 Job Type: Temporary Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected Hours: 40–50 per week Start Date: May 11, 2025 About Us PDR-Team, Inc. is a growing startup specializing in paintless dent repair (PDR), providing high-quality, cost-effective dent removal services to customers and businesses. We specialize in innovative hail damage management and technology for vehicles affected by major hail events. We are currently seeking a Scanner Operator to help us run our CAT-Sites across the country. About the Role This is a temporary, seasonal position dependent on hail events. Work is conducted at mobile sites for 1–4 weeks at a time. Based out of Middleton, WI, candidates must be local to the Madison area. Responsibilities Proficiently operate the hail scanner and scanning process Drive vehicles through the hail scanner Edit 3D scans as needed Perform minor calibration adjustments or repairs when needed Engage customers with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy Complete various tasks as assigned by the Station Manager Requirements Proficient in using computerized scanning equipment and software Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Friendly, outgoing personality with a service-oriented, team-focused mindset Tech-savvy — able to quickly learn and become proficient with new technology High degree of flexibility, initiative, and organizational ability Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, ascend/descend ladders, crouch, and regularly lift, push, or pull objects up to 30 lbs Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) — Spanish is a plus Note: This job description is not exhaustive; additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
