Job Description
Scheduler / Office Coordinator We are a well-established awning company looking for a reliable and organized Scheduler to join our team.This position plays an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by coordinating installation schedules, service repairs, and assisting customers over the phone.What you'll do:Schedule new awning installations and service appointments Answer and manage incoming calls from customers Coordinate schedules with installation crews Keep job records organized and updated Communicate scheduling updates with customers What we're looking for:Organized and detail oriented Comfortable handling busy phone lines Good communication and computer skills Prior scheduling or dispatch experience is helpful but not required Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $22.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
