At Landscape Maintenance Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere.We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team and support the smooth operation of our office.Key Responsibilities:Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner.Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments.Prepare and maintain any necessary paperwork.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of office experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.Job Type:Seasonal March to October Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:25 - 40 per week Work Location:In person.
