Behavioral Framework - the leading provider of ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in the DMV area - is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator.Behavioral Framework Highlights:Behavioral Framework is devoted to the pursuit of providing excellent, honest, and compassionate care within the autism community.We believe in the dedication and passion of our professional team and the science behind ABA to make a difference in the families and children we serve.Ranked on the Inc.5000 list for 3 consecutive years.1 of 4 Autism providers in the country to earn 3-year accreditation telehealth from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting real-time and long-term scheduling optimization and ensuring that authorized client hours are delivered efficiently.The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement.You might be a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.You're the person who follows up before being asked, stays calm when issues arise, and genuinely cares about the families and clients you're supporting.Essential Functions Review daily cancellation notifications, maintain data integrity and identify areas to optimize client schedules.Coordinate with technicians to reschedule open session opportunities in real-time.Communicate directly and professionally with client families to reschedule or adjust session times as needed.Maintain accurate and timely records of all scheduling communications and outcomes.Monitor daily utilization key performance indicators (KPIs).Draw insights from data and collaborate with supervisors and the operations team to identify and implement schedule optimization strategies.Provide daily and weekly utilization reports and flag trends that require management's attention.Coordinate and communicate start dates, schedules, terminations, and availability changes with staff, clinical and administrative team.Prioritize reschedules and schedule optimization in collaboration with the Clinical Team.Escalate any issues to the attention of your direct manager.Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from staff and families.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail.You take pride in closing the loop.Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with families.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw insights from utilization data.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR/scheduling systems.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and company policies.Knowledge of behavioral health services, terminology, and client scheduling processes is a plus.Experience and Education Experience in a patient-facing healthcare coordination role like scheduling, onboarding, intake, care coordination, or similar.Pharmacy, behavioral health, or clinical operations backgrounds are a plus.Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience, required.1-3 years of experience in a healthcare operations or data-driven administrative role preferred.Work Environment, Physical Conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work 40 hours per week.Ability to work cooperatively with others.Must comply with practice policies and procedures.Requires daily in-office work.Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.Must be able to reach, pull, and push.Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.Ability to lift to 15 lbs.Salary:$55,000 - $60,000 EOE Behavioral Framework is committed to equitable treatment for all employees, clients, and their families.We welcome and respect the diversity of the families we serve, and we focus our organizational efforts to build a culture of respect, dignity, fairness, caring, equality, and self-esteem.We believe our strength comes from the shared experiences of our employees, clients, and community.We pride ourselves on serving a diverse population and always seeking to hire, retain, and promote from a wide variety of backgrounds.#BFADMIN.
