What You'll Do Serve as a youth mentor and behavioral coach, guiding students through challenging situations and helping them develop self-regulation and pro-social skills Supervise students in the school setting, model appropriate behaviors, and promote positive development Use crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, behavior management strategies , clear boundaries, and structured routines to keep the environment safe and supportive Document behaviors, communicate with the team, and help implement behavior plans Support teachers while taking active responsibility for student engagement and behavior outcomes Responsible for working with youth who have emotional and behavioral issues resulting from trauma and neglect, and who display verbal and physical aggression You'll have the opportunity to intervene, guide, and influence student outcomes daily. Your actions will help youth grow, while your skills and judgment are valued and developed through ongoing training and mentorship. Why Work Here Compensation
