Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Qualifications And Experience Active Occupational Therapist license in Georgia (required) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Skilled in delivering therapeutic services within schools, home health, and healthcare environments Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Open to new graduates with relevant fieldwork, as well as seasoned professionals Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from PreK through high school Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations Adapt therapy approaches to serve students in both traditional school and potential home health settings Participate in team meetings and training sessions Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position allows you to immerse yourself in delivering top-quality care while working in a supportive school culture south of Atlanta.
