Key qualifications and preferred experience: Current Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) required Colorado Department of Education Certification School-based SLP experience helpful, though candidates with strong clinical backgrounds and a willingness to work in educational settings are encouraged Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to support students across grade levels, adapting interventions to a variety of learning needs Expected responsibilities include: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted interventions, both directly to students and through consultative models Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines This role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $48 to $54, reflecting your experience and expertise.
