What you bring Active SLPA licensure and eligibility to practice in school settings Previous hands-on experience working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, especially within schools or pediatric populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with students, teachers, and families Ability to implement therapy plans created by supervising SLPs, as well as to manage documentation and student data with attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability in navigating the dynamic rhythm of the school environment Key responsibilities: Conduct small group or one-on-one speech/language therapy for students under the guidance of a supervising SLP Help assess student progress through data collection and ongoing observation Prepare materials and organize activities that reinforce language or articulation goals Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom Maintain accurate records and support documentation to track student improvement This is a fantastic opportunity to support students at a formative age, grow your expertise, and work alongside passionate educators.
