Scientific Associate, Special Initiatives - Professor David Sinclair, A.O., Ph.D. Boston, MA preferred (remote considered) - Full-time (40 hours/week) Summary We seek an exceptional individual to work directly with Professor David Sinclair, A.O., Ph.D. in the role of Scientific Associate at the intersection of science, health, and longevity. This position is a unique opportunity to work closely with Professor Sinclair and offers world-class experience, professional growth, and immersion in novel, next-generation approaches to health and longevity. Primary Responsibilities Analyze scientific and technological developments in the health and longevity space Oversee data entry, management, and analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and organization Analyze and synthesize information across health, longevity, and human performance topics Prepare reference materials and presentations Contribute to literature reviews and research reports Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for health and longevity A strong desire to engage with emerging science Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and AI tools Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability and domestic or international travel, as needed About Professor Sinclair David A. Sinclair, A.O., Ph.D. is a scientist and Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School. His pioneering work in genetics and aging biology has shaped understanding of the mechanisms of aging and age-related diseases, including research on sirtuins, NAD metabolism, and epigenetic reprogramming. His Information Theory of Aging is now a leading hypothesis for why we age. Professor Sinclair served as Founding Director of the Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at Harvard Medical School from 2005 - 2023 and has published over 200 peer-reviewed scientific articles that have been cited over 110,000 times. He is an Officer of the Order of Australia, inventor on more than 50 patents, author of the New York Times bestseller Lifespan , and has co-founded numerous successful companies, including Life Biosciences. With three dozen career awards, Professor Sinclair has been recognized as one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World and one of TIME’s 50 Most Influential People in Healthcare .
