Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture, including human and rodent cell lines, stem cells, primary cells, and their various workflows. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing reporter assays to industry standards. Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell sorting, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) techniques. Proven track record developing and executing in vitro cell-based assays across 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid models. Meticulous technical writing skills and strong oral communication ability, complemented by excellent organizational acumen. Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven start-up environment; exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively with scientific and business stakeholders.
