In this role, you will be the driving force behind crafting delicious baked goods from scratch, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and presentation.Your expertise in baking will bring joy to our customers and elevate our bakery offerings.This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to showcase their culinary talent in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day is a chance to create something special.Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods from scratch, including donuts, pastries, bread, rolls and buns, muffins, and cookies.Package baked items carefully for retail display or catering orders, maintaining presentation quality.Ensure all food production adheres to food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations.Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, including equipment sanitation and stock rotation.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about baked goods and offering product recommendations.Requirements Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on scratch baking.Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards.Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proof boxes, sheeters, dough rounders, cookie dispensing machine, Donut Fryer, and kitchen tools safely.Experience in food production, working with recipes, and dough handling is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy setting.Join us if you're enthusiastic about creating beautiful baked goods that delight customers!
