Screen Maker - Screen Print Production $20.00/hr (includes $2.00 shift premium) 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Make Your Mark Behind Every Great Print Every great print starts with a perfect screen-and that's where you come in. We're looking for a detail-driven Screen Maker who takes pride in their craft and understands the impact their work has on the final product. What You'll Be Doing Coat screens with emulsion and ensure proper drying for each job Expose and wash out screens, checking for clarity, sharpness, and quality Prep screens for press, including taping and aligning for accurate registration Reclaim screens by cleaning, stripping, and preparing them for reuse Keep track of screen inventory and production flow Work closely with press operators to keep jobs running on schedule Catch and fix defects before screens reach production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized screen room What We're Looking For Experience in screen printing, screen making, or similar production work preferred Understanding of emulsion, mesh counts, and exposure processes is a plus Strong attention to detail-your work directly impacts product quality Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working with chemicals and production equipment Reliable and self-motivated, especially on 2nd shift Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Work Environment Production/manufacturing setting with a dedicated screen room Use of emulsions, chemicals, and UV exposure
