Job Summary We are seeking someone who is cool, follows directions well, has an upbeat and positive personality and is self-motivated.If you don't meet the aforementioned criteria, this probably isn't the job for you.Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including preparing screens, inks, and substrates for production runs Interpret design files and specifications to ensure accurate color matching, layout, and print quality Conduct prepress tasks such as color management, layout adjustments, and proofing.Maintain quality control by inspecting prints for color accuracy, registration, and overall finish; troubleshoot issues promptly Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to production schedules and deadlines Operate auxiliary machinery such as heat presses when necessary for specialized printing tasks Ensure safety protocols are followed during all stages of production, including proper handling of inks and equipment maintenance Skills Proven experience in screen printing with a strong understanding of various printing techniques and materials Knowledge of prepress processes including color management, layout design, and typography Ability to perform quality control checks accurately and consistently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Our team is strong and solid and we'd love the right person to join it and integrate within.The position is part-time, but could become full-time if you work hard, hustle and make everyone else's job easier.Pay:From $13.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
