Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Printing Technician to join our team full time.This position is responsible for operating automatic and/or manual screen printing presses, producing high-quality printed apparel, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.If you take pride in quality work, enjoy hands-on production, and work well with a team, we'd like to meet you.Key Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic and/or manual screen printing machinery efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color accuracy.Troubleshoot technical issues during the printing process to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.Inspect finished products for defects, color consistency, and adherence to client specifications.Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment at all times.Meet daily production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work with various individuals in a small team setting.Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $14.50 - $17.00 (based on experience) 40 Hour Weeks M-F (7:00am - 3:45pm) with overtime opportunities Paid time off Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account 401k Stable, year-round work Experience Prior experience operating screen printing equipment or in a related manufacturing environment is highly preferred (2years ideal), but willing to train the right candidate.Experience with graphic design principles, art direction, or digital art creation is advantageous.Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are critical for success.This opportunity invites passionate individuals eager to craft visually compelling products through skilled screen printing techniques!
