Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials through the screen printing process, ensuring precision and consistency across all projects. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life while maintaining efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including preparing screens, inks, and substrates for production runs Manage prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and ensuring accurate registration for multi-color prints Monitor printing processes to ensure color consistency, print quality, and adherence to project specifications Conduct quality control inspections throughout production to identify and resolve issues promptly Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to optimize print layouts and ensure design integrity Keep detailed records of production runs, materials used, and quality checks for traceability and process improvement Requirements Proven experience in screen printing, including manual or automated presses Strong knowledge of prepress processes such as color management and layout design Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing print files Understanding of manufacturing principles, quality control standards, and safety protocols in a production environment Ability to operate related machinery such as CNC equipment or flexo presses is a plus Basic skills in machining or CNC programming are advantageous Knowledge of typography and print advertising design principles Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one is preferred Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and consistency in print output Join us in creating exceptional printed products that captivate audiences!
