About Us We are a premier manufacturer of the finest quality premium cotton knits.Proudly made in Los Angeles, our team brings over 100 years of combined experience to the craft.We simplify the process for our customers while our fabrication and wash selections meet the demands of an ever-changing industry.Quality isn't just a step in our process--it's the foundation of everything we produce.Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts.In this pivotal role, you will oversee all QC activities, ensuring every product meets our highest standards of precision, safety, and compliance.Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, uphold rigorous regulatory standards, and foster a culture of excellence on the production line.If you are passionate about quality management and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP guidelines.Lead daily inspections of printed products for color accuracy, registration, adhesion, and overall print quality against specifications.Conduct regular quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas and ensure regulatory adherence.Manage the calibration and validation of printing equipment to guarantee precision and repeatability.Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Oversee all quality documentation, including metrics, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and audit findings.Lead training sessions for staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and proper inspection techniques.Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing Quality Control or QA/QC management role, preferably within screen printing, textiles, or a closely related production environment.Strong, practical knowledge of ISO 9001 is required.Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA, HACCP, or CGMP is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience performing detailed product inspections, process audits, and data analysis.Background in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, food manufacturing) is a significant advantage.Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Strong technical and communication skills for training staff and driving process improvements.Proficiency with quality management software (QMS) and various inspection tools.Why Join Us?
