Day to Day Serve as Scrum Master for Infrastructure Console and other applications within the OpEx and Automation Services organization Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Partner closely with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution Drive Agile transformation, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Track and report on delivery metrics to support data driven decisions Remove impediments and manage dependencies to keep teams delivering effectively Coach teams on Agile best practices and support maturity growth Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders across the organizationJob Description Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Console Scrum Master for a top financial services client. This role plays a critical part in supporting Agile delivery across infrastructure and automation platforms.
