Scrum Master

Establish Agile delivery ways of working across multiple SAP workstreams, enabling predictable sprints, strong backlog hygiene, and fast impediment removal. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and effective collaboration. Partner with Product Owners/Leads on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. Track velocity, burndown, and flow metrics; surface risks/dependencies early. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with PMO and Release Management. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action follow-through. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex ERP/SAP environments. Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, queries). Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership. Education & Certifications Bachelor s in Business/IT or related; Agile certification required. CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications. Background in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery.
