Job Title: Scrum Master Salesforce Modernization Team Location: USA Remote Duration: 6+ Months Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $70/hr-$80/hr/. US-based contract / consulting role; remote with availability for Eastern/Central time collaboration and occasional travel as needed. Position Summary: Facilitate agile delivery for a Salesforce modernization team by running ceremonies, improving team health, removing impediments and enabling consistent sprint/release execution. The role supports delivery discipline and transparent metrics across portal, data and integration work. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain sprint cadence. Track sprint goals, velocity, blockers, risks and dependencies. Coach team on agile practices and continuous improvement. Support backlog refinement and readiness with product owner and BA. Coordinate with project/program leadership on release scope and risks. Promote clear communication and team accountability. Required Qualifications: 4+ years Scrum Master experience in technology delivery. Experience supporting Salesforce, web, integration or data teams. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and metrics-driven coaching skills. Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools. Preferred Certifications / Experience: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, Salesforce delivery exposure. Regards, Akangsha
