More information about us can be found on growthera.com Growth Era is seeking an accomplished Sales Development Rep Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in exceeding new meetings targets for our clients by leading, coaching, and motivating the Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on your team. About The Role In this role, your responsibilities will include: 🏆 Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients 🔍 Monitor and evaluate SDRs performance and work closely with them to maximize potential ⚙️ Ensure effective use of technology tools and our prospecting model 💬 Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our clients During the onboarding period, you’ll learn Growth Era's services, technology tools, and key processes. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced SDR Managers and receive on-the-job training and support from the entire team. What We Offer What’s in it for you?
