Seal Coater/ crackfiller

We are a growing asphalt maintenance company seeking reliable, hardworking Sealcoat and crackfill Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on commercial and residential paving projects throughout the area. Job Description As a Pavement Maintenance Laborer, you will assist in the preparation and application of asphalt sealcoat material, crack filling, and general pavement maintenance. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a crew. Responsibilities Assist with sealcoating operations (spray and squeegee application) Perform crack filling and surface prep (cleaning, routing, edging, blowing) Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Work outdoors in varying weather conditions What We’re Looking For Punctual and dependable – shows up on time, ready to work Hardworking – able to handle physical labor and long days Team player – works well with others and supports the crew Positive attitude – willing to learn and take direction Attention to detail – takes pride in quality work Valid driver’s license and willing to get a Chauffeur’s License and DOT medical card is a REQUIREMENT.
