Must be able to interpret building instructions (i.e.Installation Plans (IP's), work orders, etc.) to enable production of parts consistent with current engineering configuration.Must be able to use tools and techniques as required of their assigned buildings.Must understand the deliverables as defined by their supervisor.Able to distinguish quality characteristics as it relates to assigned builds, so that a quality part is presented to QA.Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment.Must have a focus on quality and have a clear understanding of risk escapement and potential impact to product.Knowledge and understanding current specifications relation to the application of sealant.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds WHY CHOOSE SONACA NORTH AMERICA?
