Seasonal Administrative Assistant (In Person - North Druid Hills / Chamblee) Location:North Druid Hills (moving to Downtown Chamblee after this tax season)Schedule:Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remoteCompensation:$25/hourStatus:Seasonal role through May 1st, with the possibility of being extended About the Firm I come from a software engineering background and am now an Enrolled Agent, building a firm that treats accounting like a modern profession--not a legacy one.That means better tools, cleaner processes, thoughtful automation, and a strong emphasis on clear, human communication with clients.The goal is simple:do excellent tax work without the inefficiencies and burnout that plague traditional firms.That being said, this first tax season with a growing client base looks like it's going to be busy, and we need an experienced tax preparer who can jump in, help shoulder the workload, and keep things moving during a demanding season.The Role We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support the firm during tax season.This is an in-office, client-facing role that plays a key part in creating a professional, welcoming experience for clients while also supporting internal administrative operations.The role is expected to run through at least the end of April.We would like it to be longer, but the duration will depend on how the tax season goes and ongoing firm needs.Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in person Answer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriately Send emails and handle follow-ups with clients Lead and manage client outreach communications Help manage tax return delivery and billing processes Support general administrative and office needs as they arise Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly demeanor in client-facing situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort using email, calendars, and basic office software Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For A self-starter who can manage tasks independently and follow through Comfortable working in an evolving environment as new tools, software, and processes are introduced Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Professional and confident in client-facing situations Adaptable and calm during a busy tax season Work Environment Currently located in North Druid Hills Office will be moving to Downtown Chamblee after this tax season In-office role Company-provided lunch every workday (group Uber Eats order) Compensation & Pay Schedule $25/hour Paid weekly on Fridays Possibility of extension or longer-term work depending on how the tax season goes Pay:$25.00 per hour Work Location:Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30329.
