ALL POSITIONS are interchangeable; each team member may work a variety of positions as required for the operation of catering, special events, lemonade carts, food booths, kitchen preparation, warehouse inventory control and janitorial operations. Responsibilities Set up/break down workstations Prepare food/cook service ingredients Operate fryers, grills and ovens Move product among workstations and warehouse Janitorial tasks Use of computer Point of Sale, cashiering Provide exceptional customer service Follow health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and tidy work area Other duties as assigned by management Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Must be able to work with pork and shellfish Possess basic mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Listen and communicate English effectively Work in a fast paced, high volume location 18 years of age and older Able to meet all scheduling commitments
