Seasonal Assembly Technician (Woodworking) 3-Day Work Week $20/hr PMP Personnel Services is currently seeking dependable, hands-on individuals for a seasonal Assembly Technician opportunity in the Traverse City area.This is a full-time, short-term role running from May through September, perfect for those looking to earn solid income over the summer while enjoying a flexible schedule.Pay & Schedule $20.00 per hour Friday - Sunday 10:00am - 8:30pm Work 36 hours in just 3 days - enjoy 4 days off every week! Why This Seasonal Role is Perfect Great for summer income or saving toward a goal Ideal for those who want extra time off during the week Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a skilled environment Consistent schedule with no rotating shifts What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on role working on a production line assembling high-quality wood products and components.You'll be part of a team that takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and consistency.Responsibilities include:Assembling wood products and components on a production line Using hand and power tools to cut, trim, and assemble materials Reading and following work instructions or basic shop drawings Ensuring quality standards are met for each product Handling materials, adhesives, and supplies as needed Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working both independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, woodworking, construction, or similar hands-on work Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and able to commit to a weekend schedule through September Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Bonus Experience (Not Required) Woodworking or cabinet assembly Blueprint or shop drawing reading Experience in production or assembly environments About PMP Personnel Services PMP Personnel Services is an employee-owned company that has been connecting job seekers with top Northern Michigan employers since 1992.Our mission is to help individuals find meaningful, long-term employment opportunities that fit their skills and goals.Pay:$20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
