GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT! MPC Property Management is seeking a part-time, seasonal Clubhouse Attendant for a property located in Delavan, WI.Position starts Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day.The Attendant will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a clean environment for the clubhouse, pool area, piers, playground areas, ponds/fountains, docks, guardhouse, beach, volleyball court, garages and lakefront.Ideal for a college student who is home for the summer.Additional hours may be available at other area properties as well.A large gathering is held on the Fourth of July, and Attendant will be required to work on this holiday, as will it be required to work Memorial Day weekend.Candidate must be able to act responsibly and independently, communicate effectively with other staff and residents, and maintain a friendly demeanor and attitude.Work Location:In person.
