Job Title:Seasonal Customer Service Representative Company:Ring Bros.WholesaleLocation:South Dennis, MACompensation:$26-$28 per hour DOE Position Summary Ring Bros.Wholesale is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our wholesale office team.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable answering the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for fresh food.You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, including chefs, restaurant owners, and retail store owners.Key Responsibilities Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and knowledgeable manner Receive and enter customer orders Help resolve customer concerns and provide solutions Assist with additional office tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma Excellent verbal communication skills required Detail oriented with the ability to accurately enter order data in a busy fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including Outlook Benefits Employee discount in our retail store Work Schedule Two days per week, 9am-5pm Pay:$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Shift:8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location:In person.
