Position OverviewAmerican Photo Marketing is hiring Seasonal Data Entry Clerks to support our high-volume graduation season.We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who are highly organized and comfortable working on a computer in a fast-paced office environment.This role is focused strictly on data entry and image processing.Ideal candidates work well independently, follow directions closely, and stay goal-oriented to meet deadlines.A seasonal completion bonus is available, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems Perform data validation and data cleaning Back up image files and assist with basic image color correction Sort, organize, and validate image data Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy Follow detailed instructions and established procedures Meet deadlines and individual performance goals Perform efficiently and accurately under pressure Complete additional tasks as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Ability to work independently and stay goal-oriented Strong computer skills Ability to multitask while staying organized Clear and effective communication skills Reliable, consistent, and dedicated work ethic Requirements Availability for mandatory weekend shifts Ability to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Ypsilanti, MI 48197 About American Photo MarketingFor over 40 years, American Photo Marketing has been a trusted provider of professional photography services for schools and colleges throughout Southeast Michigan.We specialize in school portraits (Preschool-High School), seniors, sports, and graduation photography.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
