This role encompasses all expectations of an Installation Team Member while adding ownership of vehicle operation, route execution, team leadership, and onsite coordination. Drivers represent Found from the moment they arrive onsite, ensuring professional client interaction, safe transportation of inventory, and efficient execution of installs and strikes. They lead delivery crews, communicate in real time with dispatch, and protect both the company’s assets and reputation through responsible driving and leadership.
