Lundberg is currently seeking 8-10 casual employees, Farm Laborers and Equipment Operators, to assist with harvest.Positions will be split between Richvale ,Woodland and Stockton area.Farm Laborer will perform manual labor in various areas of crop production including irrigation, weed eating, equipment maintenance, and cleaning.This position operates farm equipment during the planting and harvest seasons as required.Equipment Operators will performs manual and skilled work in various areas of crop production including equipment operation, setup, and maintenance.This position operates farming equipment during the growing season, and assists with the maintenance of farm equipment.The Equipment Operator may perform farm labor as required.Season is anticipated to run March 15th to April 1st, weather dependent.1 year of rice or row crop production Must maintain a valid CA driver's license or in the state of residency and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Knowledge of Organic Farming Practice preferred.
