Seasonal Farm Worker

Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasonal farm worker to assist our operation during the 2026 crop year.The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and ability to follow instructions given by owners.Responsibilities Driving semi-trucks to haul fertilizer, fill spreader during planting, and hauling grain during harvest - from farm to elevator and/or from field to farmyard.Operating tractors, combines, various farm machines as needed.Support other farm workers in daily tasks to promote efficiency and teamwork.Perform lifting as required for various farm tasks, including moving equipment and supplies.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment.Skills Previous experience in farming and truck driving is preferred, but training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
