Job Description
Oftentimes the first team member to speak with guest upon arrival and the last one to say goodbye, as a Front Desk Agent, you will be integral in the creation of distinctively different and authentic experiences. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check-in, ensuring they are comfortable and giving them a warm Suncadia welcome. Using your hotel knowledge, you'll promote amenities and recommendations to enhance the Suncadia experience. On the day of check-out, you will ensure a smooth and friendly departure and that each guest leaves wanting to return. Salary $18.50/hour This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Season Start: May 2026 Season End: October 31 2026 Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Qualifications Flexibility - This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun! We look for individuals that can are available on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Experience - Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences. Previous experience in a resort or hotel enivornment preferred People Person - The best part of serving others is creating guest experiences that go beyond the expected. Great communicator - Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.
